Reihana is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience as a corporate and litigation lawyer, along with an unwavering commitment to driving positive social change. She graduate from Universitas Indonesia, and later obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia University’s renowned Columbia Law School. Reihana is admitted to practice law in Indonesia and holds eligibility to sit for the New York Bar. She is also a committee member of the American Branch of the International Law Association. Reihana has experience working in law firms in Indonesia and Singapore, representing major domestic and multinational companies, including Fortune 500 and Forbes Global companies, in prominent transactions across diverse industries, such as banking and finance, mining and natural resources, capital markets and securities, infrastructure, real estate, shipping, financing technology, media, and telecommunications. Her litigation background includes civil and criminal proceedings at multiple court levels, as well as handling arbitration matters in international forums such as UNCITRAL.
