Mr. Fahmi Assegaf, S.H., M.H.

Mr. Assegaf is the counsel of our firm, in which he actively advises the firm. Besides being a well-respected litigator, he is also known as one of the founders of the Indonesia Bar Association. With more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry, Mr. Assegaf has been widely known mostly for his high-profile cases. His practice area includes a wide range of litigation including but not limited to criminal cases, civil cases, commercial disputes, administration cases, and complex dispute settlements outside the court. In addition, Mr. Assegaf plays a significant role in the development of Intellectual Property Law (IP Law) in Indonesia. Known for his contribution in drafting and formulating IP Law, Mr. Assegaf has represented notable companies across the world in relation to IP matters, as a result, he has been regarded as an IP expert from Asia IP in 2022.
