Dr. Djayeng Tirto Soedarsono S.Pi., S.H., M.H.

Graduated from the Indonesian Military Academy in 1983,  Djayeng previously holds important position in the Military and Intelligence service he served as the Chief of the Provincial Intelligence Agency (Kepala BIN Daerah) in North Sumatra and North Sulawesi as well as Vice Naval Chief Commander (Wakil Komandan Pangkalan TNI-AL) in Jakarta, Defense Attaché in Nigeria and a Director at the Indonesian Strategic Intelligence (Badan Inteljen Strategis TNI) where his notable credentials was the signing of a frame work teriteral coporative arrangement between three countries in relation to  the abu sayyaf case back in 2016.  . Mr Djayeng is Experience in International Law. His last position is a Two-Star General at the National Defense Council of Indonesia (Dewan Ketahanan Nasional).
